An original Brentwood traditional ranch, this home was thoughtfully updated for a young family. While preserving its timeless character and respecting the home’s traditional bones, we introduced a lighter, refreshed aesthetic. We fully remodeled the kitchen and two bathrooms, added a new primary suite, reimagined the existing built-ins, designed a custom window bench for the living room, and created a new outdoor patio.
Throughout the home, we replaced cool gray undertones with a warm, soft off-white palette, creating spaces that feel bright and airy while adding warmth through natural wood, layered textures, and warm-toned finishes and furnishings. The result is a home that feels fresh, inviting, and timeless.
